One Star Story

As you may or may not know, things have not gone as scheduled regarding our new album release; and we are afraid this latest update is yet another step backwards. Unfortunately those of you who pre-order so long ago, have still not received your autographed copy and poster. We cannot apologize enough for the latest delay. To be honest, we have still yet to receive them from our record label in order to sign them and get them mailed out to all of you. We hope to receive them any day now, but unfortunately the label has yet to be able to supply us with a definitive answer as to when they will reach us as well as you. We cannot thank you all enough for patiently waiting and bearing with us as we all wait for the CD’s to come in. Also, many of you have come to find out that when you arrived at Best Buy this week, that you were not able to order the CD from them. We are still unclear as well on why this is occurring. We believe one or two things to be a possible explanation: 1. Best Buy as well as the rest of you have yet to receive the album from the record label, thus they do not have it instock/onfile for you to order; or 2. We were misinformed by Transatlantic, and you will not be able to order the CD from Best Buy at this time. Again, we sincerely apologize for this situation and hope that those of you who are still looking to support us by purchasing the CD will turn to either iTunes, Amazon, or our Online Store in order to purchase the album.

We want you all to know we’ve had sleepless nights and heavy hearts because of these delays. We feel we have let some of you down and regret making promises that we were unable to control and fulfill. We want you all to know that we know that without each one of you loving and supporting us, this band could not be where we are today. And that love and support means the world to us, and we can never thank you enough for sticking by us. We hope that if any of you are upset, let down, or just plane angry, that you will accept our apology for these dilemmas and know that we have tried our hardest to get the promises made to us and you fulfilled. Thank you again so much for all of your support during this trying time, and we will keep you posted as we get new information.
